Unfortunately, the computer would not boot properly shortly after purchase. I took it to Geek Squad at Best Buy, and they diagnosed one of the RAM modules as defective. The system itself has impressive specs and looks great, but it was disappointing to experience hardware failure right out of the box on a premium gaming PC. I’m currently working with Skytech support regarding a warranty replacement for the bad memory stick and hope the process is handled quickly and professionally. One thing buyers should also be aware of is that because this was purchased through the Best Buy Marketplace and sold by a third party, my Best Buy Total Tech coverage does not apply to the product. That was an unexpected frustration during the support process. If the warranty support goes smoothly, I’d be willing to update my review because the hardware configuration itself is excellent.
