Because we carried the kit from store to house Best Buy installers refused to use it. I had to spend twice as much to purchase same kit from installers. They offered to take the old one off my hands. I called the General manager at store 2693 and he gave us a gift card for the cost of both kits and and EXTRA $50.00. I will buy from this buy all day long

Bought a LG - STUDIO 23.5 Cu. Ft. French InstaView Door-in-Door Counter-Depth Refrigerator with Craft Ice - PrintProof Stainless Steel for $41421.99 to be installed by Best Buy. Turned out that Geek Squad DID NOT INSTALL new Built-In Waterline Kit that I purchased with refrigerator but used old waterline which began leaking after new refrigerator was installed. The water damage caused the wood floor to buckle and warp (see photos).

Great quality, perfect length and easy to install. The only issue i had was making it compatible with an older pipe line. It all worked out in the end

This was shipped to the store for pick-up. Materials seem to be of good quality but not all parts were included. This was an ordered parts kit and the store did not have any in stock. I showed the person at the customer desk that there was an opening in the package which was very obvious since one of the water lines was hanging out of it. I had to take it with me due to the installation of a new refrigerator in a few days.

Not exactly exciting but this kit will hook up your ice maker in a refrigerator. Good value.

You would think the water line kit that comes with the purchased refrigerator would be fine. Nope, had to buy this kit for $30 more. The quality of this kit was better than the one that came with the fridge. So I guess I am glad I am protecting my investment ( new fridge) with a better water line. Frustrated it was an extra charge.

Basic water line for connecting water dispenser and ice maker to house water system. Supposedly this silver pipe is superior to the copper line from our last refrigerator. Mandatory to purchase this kit if you have a refrigerator installed.
