    Had to buy second water hose kit

    Because we carried the kit from store to house Best Buy installers refused to use it. I had to spend twice as much to purchase same kit from installers. They offered to take the old one off my hands. I called the General manager at store 2693 and he gave us a gift card for the cost of both kits and and EXTRA $50.00. I will buy from this buy all day long

    Bad Installation, did not use item purchased

    Bought a LG - STUDIO 23.5 Cu. Ft. French InstaView Door-in-Door Counter-Depth Refrigerator with Craft Ice - PrintProof Stainless Steel for $41421.99 to be installed by Best Buy. Turned out that Geek Squad DID NOT INSTALL new Built-In Waterline Kit that I purchased with refrigerator but used old waterline which began leaking after new refrigerator was installed. The water damage caused the wood floor to buckle and warp (see photos).

    I works. Thatʻs all you can ask for from these types of products. It works. No leaks and has held up over two years of use. Anything less and the rating falls to no stars.
