They have mounted and installed several tv’s for me and I wouldn’t use anyone else. Geek squad was amazing again.

We appreciate the team that came out and was very happy that my quadriplegic brother can once again use his Google home system and was hoping they would be able to have the unit properly sync with the Harmony hub for his voice commands usage of the TV, DirecTV, surround sound, dvd, Chromecast, table lamps and most importantly phone calls but unfortunately we weren’t able to fully achieve that. They used the established setup and reconfigured the interface to respond better but didn’t fully provide the detailed tasks setup we had hoped they would to have a technical team come help me as I’m not very tech savvy and hated to do it myself because of the lack of help support from the manufactures of Google and Harmony. But anyway what they did do has been working for now and I just hope it stays available for him because it’s more than helpful for my brother, t’s essential!

i SET AN APPOINTMENT WITH GEEK SQUAD ON A THURSDAY, IT ONLY TOOK A FEW MINUTES. THE APPOINTMENT WAS FOR THE NEXT TUESDAY, TECH ARRIVED ON TIME, WITH GREAT COMMUNICATIONS. SET-UP TOOK ONLY 1 HOUR TO SET UP FIRE TV WITH ALEXA AND CONNECT IT TO A LOGITEC HARMONY ELITE REMOTE CONTROL CONTROL ALL DEVICES IN MY HOME THEATER, INCLUDING SONUS SPEAKERS IN SEVERAL ROOMS AND PHILLIPS HUE LIGHTING SYSTEM. I CANNOT GIVE BEST BUY AND GEEK SQUAD ENOUGH ACCOLADES, THEY ARE 10 TEN STARS OUT OF 10

Kudos to your Geek Squad technician, Ronald F. He was careful to put on shoe covers before entering my home, wore gloves and a mask, He knew immediately how to fix the problem that I had been having with the two Google Nest "Hello" door bells. He was polite, knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions after listening to my lengthy tale of woe. He is an asset to the Best Buy company. It is great to be able to see who is at my door again. I am a happy customer.

I the Geek Squad to install my Orbi Wifi System to improve my home wifi signal. My tech guy was Chris and he was outstanding. Chris was very professional and took the time to explain how my Orbi works and when he was done with the installation my wifi speeds and coverage have improved dramatically. I am totally satisfied with his work and glad that I decided to let the pros do the work and I get to enjoy the fruits of their labor.

GEEK SQUAD installed my LOGIC HUB for my smart TV and now, remotes, remotes, I don’t need no stinkin remotes!! The GS setup my LOGIC HUB with my GOOGLE MINI, programmed it, explained how it operates, and answered all my inquiries. GS was courteous, professional, well attired, all with the patience of a saint!! Well worth the cost!! With the voice command engaged, courtesy of the GS, ALL I CAN SAY IS WOW!!!

Guys were great and knew what they were doing. Efficient and really helped by accidently discovering another issue that need to help my transmission on computer. Great find and even went to Best Buy to purchase item and return to home to complete job. Could have used a little more instruction, oh well....

It was a good thing we had an geek squad tech out to install the cameras and a Roku device. He went above and beyond the actual appointment to help my sister out. I just realized in my Roku device review, I mentioned an Xfinity tech but it was actually a Geek squad tech that was there. Great service and a knowledgeable technician.

Very nice and helpful team. Unfortunately due to what the team thought was an unknown software issue with my Echo show, their full install was not able to be completed. A follow up service call is required to have the Echo Show be able to receive communication from the Ring video doorbell 3.

The first guy spent 2-3 hours working on my lights and Alexis. He left without finishing the job. 3 days later, another guy came. He seemed to know how to solve the problem. We got it working.
