Love the multiplayer option on this game. Really pushes you to work as a team to get the levels done. Was super fun!

Very fun and simple multiplayer title for the Switch. You can teach someone how to play in less than 5 minutes, and it promotes teamwork and cooperation. It is also very easy to play with just a single joycon without discomfort being an issue, which is very nice for playing local multiplayer on the go. I recommend every switch owner consider owning this digitally if they ever play outside the house.

This is one of those games that proves photo-realistic graphics do no make a game good. All the themes - noisy notebook, retro reboot, silly science, cosmic comics & toybox tools - all fit the crafty aesthetic . I also appreciated how they remixed the theme song with each change in theme by changing up the instruments. It really tied in well. All the puzzles were straightforward on the goal, so much so that a description was not provided or needed. Solutions were neither too easy nor too hard. Personally, I only needed help on 3 of the 75 puzzles. That's only 4% of them. Between the sensible goal and the sensible solution, I would say this game is meant for kids, but I mean that in a good way. Anyone could pick it up, play it and win, even the illiterate. Even the controls help with that easy playability, but then again, it also hurts. Movement is of course the joystick, and the actions are only 3 buttons (a 4th button is added to switch for solo players). With the exception of jump, however, none of the buttons have a logical place. If the player is too focused on the actual puzzle itself, the player can easily press the wrong button, forcing him or her to start all over again. Speaking of solo players, this game was clearly meant for 2 players, each playing on 1 joycon. If playing solo, you'll constantly have to switch pieces. It's not that playing solo is harder, but it is longer. It's just easier to grab a friend and have them help you. I would have liked to see solo puzzles on top of multiplayer puzzles. Beside a confusing button layout and lack of solo puzzles, my only other complaint is that the loading screens seemed kind of long for a simple puzzle game. All in all, Snipperclips takes full advantage of the Switch's hardware capabilities. It works perfectly as a multiplayer game on the go. For the person who loves puzzle gaming, I would recommend this game for the Switch.

Amazingly fun and clever game, best enjoyed with friends. This one might've slipped under your radar with all the high-profile releases this year, but Snipperclips is a true must-have for Nintendo Switch owners

This is the original Snipperclips with an extra DLC and my nieces and I had an absolute blast with this game. You can play with just the simple little joy cons. There is the little mini competitive games you could play and if I had one complaint I wish they lasted longer. There is a 1/2 player co op puzzles to solve and a free mode to paint. Excellent for younger gamers.

Had played the free demo before and enjoyed it, the full game expands on the concept and has some great puzzles.

My kids (6 and 8) could play this game non-stop. If you want them to actually SOLVE the problems, only expect them to solve the first 5 before they just start clipping each other to bits. When that happens, show them the PvP portion of the game where that's the GOAL...Then...They'll fall in love. For the record, my wife and I have actually gone through the whole game solving the puzzles.

Snipperclips Plus features the original digital release of the game as well as the recently released DLC in a single physical release. If your looking for a came to play locally co-op and show of the Switch in tabletop mode this is one of the best games for it. While it features both 2 player and 4 player modes, the 2 player levels seem better suited to game. It can be played solo, by switching control between multiple characters, but loses a lot of the fun in the process.

Unfortunately I don't get to play many games, but now with a Nintendo Switch, i'm hoping to fix that while on the train ride into work, and starting with this puzzler, it's rather fun and mind bending to control both characters rotate, all while trying to get the puzzle done. My wife and I love playing together but it get's a bit competitive on how we solve the stages lol.

This is the perfect game for a couple, who may not have much experience with video games in general, to get reacquainted with playing a unique objective-based puzzle game. I cannot stress how improved the experience is by playing it with at least one other person, it becomes much more fun and satisfying when two people work together to figure something out. However, be warned, this game is going to get hard on you, and you will get to certain points where you reach a mental wall, and it appears as if you will never figure it out. You can abandon certain puzzles and continue moving on, but I'd also recommend just quitting and coming back to it later. Kids can play it, but not exactly very young kids, because the puzzles require some out-of-box thinking. However, you could say its a good game to test your child's problem-solving skills.

I knew this game was going to be fun for My wife and I to play. My wife isn't as into video games as I am, but this 1 had us laughing to the point of tears when she accidentally snipped my entire character dead. Luckily you come back to life, but it was such a memorable moment and we look forward to continue playing it together much much more!

This game encompasses what I love in a couch co-op game; easy to pick up and play, very fun with actual emphasis on working together. I bought this as a download when the Switch came out and was willing to get the Physical copy once I heard there was additional content (which has been sooooo fun!). Fantastic game at a low, low price.

My kids and I have had tons of fun playing this game together. It's easy to get into, but keeps throwing new twists and interesting puzzles at you that encourage collaboration. There are multi-player options for 2 players and 3-4 players with the puzzles being adjusted for the higher player count. Each round typically takes just a few minutes, so it's easy to play when you have a few minutes spare. It's not for the hard core crowd, but overall this is a really cute game that provides lots of fun family time and great value for the modest price.
