I have two more of these soundbars, and I paid full price for those. I have had this refurbished one for about 8 months. In comparison, it is perfect. The box was sturdy but minimal (a good thing actually) and the speaker is as amazing as the full price ones, and in perfect shape. My favorite feature is true-tune, where the app allows you to teach the speaker the size of the room. Woah; way cool. Love that. Only one of these sound bars is connected to a TV. The rest hide on the top of high shelves or mantles around the house (the speaker being long, low and narrow). That creates a seamless, wireless sound environment that I, and my guests, find amazing.

Excellent, room-filling sound from a tiny package. I'm excited to pair this with two Ikea Symfonisk bookshelf speakers for a 5.0 surround sound package. The Beam has excellent low-end coverage right out of the box, so unless you absolutely NEED that rumbling LFE, the sub is probably unnecessary. Music quality is top notch, with no frequencies notably missing or overpowering. Dialog is great, with slight drop-offs when off axis (not distractingly so, but faintly noticeable.) The initial setup was somewhat confusing, but that may have been because I had a Sonos account already and it thought I was in a different household. I got my open box and despite the fact that the packaging was somewhat questionable, the Beam is in perfect condition and functions as it did on day one. Considering the supply shortages of Sonos products at large, this is possibly the only way to get your hands on one at the moment anyway.

Great quality for refurbished - the soundbar itself looked and sounded very nice. We got an even better deal on it with the refurbished unit.

Replaced my older sonos playbars with these and I’m very happy!
