EUREKA‼️
I was looking to upgrade my old TV. What I found was a dazzling Sony - 55" Class X77L LED 4K UHD Smart Google TV! In a word, “WOW”. It totally exceeds my expectations! It is better in every way, providing hours of entertainment. We are thrilled with our purchase, and pleased by the price point. We couldn’t be happier. Thank you, Best Buy, for leading us to this unit.

SONY KD55x77L
This TV was purchased on 12/01/2023 for primary living room viewing at about 12 feet from the screen. It is replacing a 40" Visio with DIRECTV as a provider which is still being used until they disconnect the service. YouTube TV will be the primary streaming service with Goggle TV and Peacock included. I've had a month to figure out how to use the new system and am extremely satisfied with the picture and sound quality. When move the new TV to its final resting place, I may add a sound bar, if needed. The sales person Alex and assistant manager Emily were both knowledgeable and professional in answering the many questions that my wife and I had. We're happy with our new TV!!!

My first smart tv
Coming from a 32in LCD tv to a 55in LED smart, I am very happy I upgraded. The picture is beautiful and the sound crisp. It is great for the purpose it serves. Only issue is that the android system is sometimes laggy which is to be expected because it’s technology but other than that no complaints here. I acutually purchased an open box one online, and when I got to the store they didn’t have it so they gave a brand new one in the box for the price of an open box. So I really have no complaints.
