Will this lens make full use of a full-frame camera such as the Sony as7iii? Or would this lens crop the image? I'm looking for a lens for the as7iii that keeps the full-frame image that starts at 18mm and goes up to at least 100mm or higher.

Can I used with Sony Alpha 7ii camera?

Will this work on a a7iii? I dont want to buy the wrong lens and this is my first camera so I'm a little confused by all this.
