My tower 9 want turn off nor will it connect to anything. It just started doing this today but we’ve loved it I got to get it working

To clear this up, please perform a power cycle by unplugging the AC cord for at least 2 minutes. If the issue persists after the restart, turn the speaker on, then touch and hold the Play button while simultaneously pressing and holding the ULT button for 5 seconds or more until the speaker turns off to reset it.
