A: They are very sensitive. Plus they seem to keep falling out of my ears, no matter how much I press them in place and use right size covers.

The WF-C710N earbuds feature touch sensors instead of physical buttons, allowing you to control music and calls with ease. To turn them on, just take the earbuds out of their charging case. They’ll power on automatically. If you want to turn them off, just pop them back in the case and close the lid. To connect them to your phone for the first time, make sure Bluetooth is turned on in your phone’s settings. When you take the earbuds out of the case, they should automatically go into pairing mode (you’ll usually hear a voice prompt or see the indicator light flash). On your phone, look for “WF-C710N” in the list of available Bluetooth devices and tap it to connect. High expectations, Shot down
Realistically I would give this a 3.8 as the noise canceling is great and the design and comfort is not too bad but the sound quality is definitely a bitter disappointment as it can olny handle so much bass and hi hats until it start sounding like static. Probably better off getting a cheaper pair of earbuds that have way better sound quality than these

Perfect Work Earphones!
I picked up a pair of Sony earphones for work, and they’ve been an absolute game-changer for my daily routine. The sound quality is excellent — clear vocals, balanced bass, and no muddiness, even during long calls or when listening to music while I work. The noise isolation is surprisingly good for their size, which helps me stay focused in a noisy office environment. I use them constantly for video meetings, and the microphone picks up my voice clearly with no complaints from coworkers about background noise. They’re also extremely comfortable, even after wearing them for several hours. Lightweight, secure fit, and no ear fatigue. Battery life (if wireless) easily lasts my entire workday, and the quick charging is a huge bonus on busy mornings.
