I had a Sony Xperia phone a few years ago and while it was very good, it had a few flaws that forced me to replace it after two years. However, this phone/camera is great and it only gets better as I discover more features and capabilities. Although the cameras range from 9MP-12MP, the picture quality rivals and sometimes surpasses the Sony a7ii I use at work.

Trust me when i say this.. this phone feels really amazing in hand. I wish all the phone were this size. Only if the the software was as good as the hardware. when i have to touch the thumbprint atleast 3 times to get in the phone, i cant justify giving close to $900 on it. I really really wanted to like this phone.. but my cons outweighed the pros. I read so many online reviews about this.. online before buying.. all of them showed up in the phone.. the screeen scroll was glitchy, the netflix app wont open if the camera was opened since the last restart..stuff like that. unfortunately had to return

I had been an Apple user prior to owning this phone, but wanted to try something different this year. When doing my research on Android, I came across this hidden gem and I'm glad I did. The hardware is on par with other flagship phones of 2020. The fingerprint sensor on the power button is a nice touch, the shutter button makes taking pics a great experience, and while I don't personally use the Google assistant button that much, it's nice to have and doesn't get triggered accidentally very often The display and 120 hz refresh rate are excellent. The audio (Dolby included) is top in class, plus a headphone jack. The battery life is phenomenal, and will easily last you all day. The only con I have is the selfie cam, it's just ok. I don't know why their main back cameras are so good, and yet the selfie camera is just passable. I don't take enough selfies for it to be a deal breaker, however. All in all, the Sony Xperia is a jack of all trades and mastered most of them quite well.

This is a great handset, so light and we'll balanced. Living with this phone is super easy it is small yet large due to the 21:9 aspect ratio. Great for gaming, performance in day to day tasks is also great. Better phone signal than my previous device.

Sony-Xperia 5 II, 128 GB unlocked is surprisingly advanced smart phone. It's packed with high-tech Sony camera's features that savvy photographer would truly appreciate the complexity of its manual capabilities. But, most people, with average technological skills, like myself, will use AUTO modes, which are properly displayed to enjoy the photography to the fullest. This Sony Xperia 5 II is ready for 5G communication because anyone should be aware that in Spring of 2022 5G technology will dominate the phone industry. So Sony Xperia 5 II is ready for action.

The phone itself seemed great and I had 0 issues using it, I especially liked the camera and the sound of the device its self, I downright loved the feel of it in the hand and the positioning of the fingerprint scanner inside of the power button. But I only had it for a few days as it turned out my service provider refused to support the device even though they were capable of it, so just make sure you do your research on its support with your provider.

So far so good! This is my 3rd Xperia phone, so I'm a Sony phony diehard. I transferred everything yesterday and got all of my apps up and running. No hitches noted, although I did turn off a couple of new enhancements that I didn't feel like I'd use very often. There's always a learning curve for any new technology and so far it's been a good ride.

Let me just begin with ,I am a longtime Sony fan.. But this was the last straw, seems like over the last few years Sony quality control has gone down hill. This will be the 3rd phone I purchased from Sony that did not make it past a few months without some software or hardware issue. I am still using it even though it shuts down on me intermittently. I will keep it until I get my money's worth on usage then I will move on to another manufacturer. Unfortunately tech support is horrible, seems like they respond with general common knowledge advice and they pass the buck on to someone else. Very sad Sony , you were once very well known for your pride in the end product and quality control. I would know because I was once one of your manufacturing employees.. Good look to the rest that choose to buy this product hope you have better luck

Amazing phone, though the lack of band 71 and 5G leaves this phone lacking a bit. Fingerprint sensor works great and I don't mind the assistant button.

Great phone, haven't had any issues with it for the several months I've had it. Headphone jack audio is clean without any noticeable hiss, even with my sensitive IEMs. Battery runtime is great.

Great phone without any ties to specific phone service providers. Having the fingerprint censor on the side makes it easier to hold and unlock with one hand and the longer and the narrower shape means you can fit more text.

I didn’t buy this for myself but there haven’t been any issues.
