10/10 Wonderful graphics
The game is actually really good. I had a fun time making characters and playing against people online. Its almost as good as Soul Calibur 2.

Special Effects wowwww
Game fun , have a few matches love the special effects. I love that each fighter has different weapons. Recommend for sure and it is a great value. I don't have time to play anymore but this is a game I load up quickly and play for awhile.

Very nice start
After a good half day of knocking on the fighting engine, it feels good. I felt the high point was SC2, 3 and 4 were good but, lacked something. While I 100% completed SC1 and SC2, I fell out of playing 3 and 4 after a few hours. This doesn't feel quite as difficult to recommend. The gameplay runs well, the controls are tight, and the match load times aren't bad. The basic additions to the game include the reverse edge mechanics and a gage mechanic. In my limited game play against the AI, I don't find it overpowering nor cheap. The game play looks good, provides a nice clash mechanic, and I like it. The visuals are quick to parse and provide the relative info about the attack type. Lightning effects or Fire effects indicate specific attack types. The bad includes a troubling tendency to slice a fighting game into pieces and reselling it a character at a time. Day 1 DLC has no real place in the market and should be abolished. Tira was a built in character in 3 on and they only cut her to make for a pre-order/season pass bonus. In short, a good fighting game marred by marketing and with some interesting additions to a solid fighting system.

A return to form for this series!
While Soul Calibur V was met with a less then stellar reception, that impact was taken to heart for Soul Calibur VI. Adding Geralt from The Witcher series of games as a playable character out of the box, the game shows it took its prior criticism and made a positive out of it. The game is graphically stunning, with fast movement and lots of customization options. There is also a season pass that adds more characters including 2B from Nier Automata.

Solid fighter.
Back in the day I used to love fighting games, but as I've gotten older I find I don't enjoy them as much as I used to, likely because I play more single-player games these days, but SC6 is a gorgeous game and the controls are spot on. Definitely worth picking up if you are a fighting game fan
