Answered by Soundcore TeamThere are no known product-spec indications of a specific Bluetooth issue with iPhone 17 compatibility.
How do you know when they are fully charged?
Answered by Soundcore TeamYou can tell they are fully charged when the charging case indicator light changes status (usually turning solid white/green or turning off, depending on the mode). In the Soundcore app or on your phone’s Bluetooth screen, you can also usually see the battery percentage for the earbuds and case.
Are the earbuds made of nickel or silicone?
Answered by Soundcore TeamThe earbuds are primarily made of silicone for the ear contact parts (the ear hooks and tips) and plastic (ABS) for the main body. They are not made of nickel. However, the charging contacts on the earbuds and case may contain nickel, which could be relevant if you have a nickel allergy. The remainder of the device is nickel‑free.
