Q: Has anyone purchased the Speed Queen TR7 from Best Buy?

A: I just ordered it on 12/31/2022 should get it delivered and installed today 1/3/2023. The only thing is that a regular Best Buy store doesn’t sell it. You have to go to a stand-alone Pacific Sales store to be able to order it.

A: Hi, Willy. Our TC5 washing machine includes the following cycle options: Normal/ECO, Perm Press, Heavy Duty, Bulky/Sheets, Spin, and Delicate.

Q: Is the knob supposed to move during the selected cycle? The washer seems to be going through all stages of the cycle, but the knob stays where it was originally put.

A: For our TR7, it has a digital display without any knobs. On our other models with knobs, the cycle selector will not move as adjusting the knob is how you select which cycle runs.
