Spirit Riser - DVD

Above shadowy, crime-infested streets a masked avenger watches. Denny Colt (Gabriel Macht) was one of Central City's finest cops until a gangster's bullet ended his life. Now Fate has brought him back from the beyond as the Spirit, a street-hardened hero who faces off against seductive foes like the voluptuous Sand Saref (Eva Mendes) and the alluring Silken Floss (Scarlett Johansson). Then, of course, there's his evil archenemy, the Octopus (Samuel L. Jackson), with a mission to wipe out Spirit's beloved city as he pursues his own version of immortality in this graphic action-thriller.

John InchFalconInch Chapman (Michael Jai White, The Dark Knight), a dark anti-hero driven by guilt and suffering from post-traumatic stress disorder, who will destroy himself unless given something else to destroy - a useful weapon-of-last-resort for the U.S. State Department. When Chapman's sister, Cindy (Laila Ali, InchS.W.A.T.Inch), is brutally attacked while on assignment in Brazil, Chapman flies into Sao Paulo to track down her assailants, quickly entering the city's seedy underbelly and discovering a world of drugs, the S*x trade, corrupt cops, and organized crime syndicates battling for control.

In a world out of whack, there's someone to whack it back! After his beautiful fiance is raped and bizarrely murdered, Peter Goldson, better known to his friends as the Stabilizer, goes on a rampage of vengeful violence.
