I bought the DS for a long road trip for my 5 year old. I decided to pick 3 games of different levels - this one I considered just right for his age. It has turned out to be his favorite. There is reading involved, so at times an adult has to help since he is just learning how to read. It has been a great challenge and also encourages him to learn how to read more. He especially likes when you have to blow into the DS to make the bubbles move up and when you get to shoot water at one of the bad guys and he wobbles back and forth!

My daughter likes the Sponge Bob series of games and really has enjoyed this one. She has not reached the end so I do not know how long it is but it has kept her entertained so far and is not too difficult for a 9 year old to figure out.

I gave this game to my grandsons for Christmas. They do not have great reading skills yet and there is a tremendous amount of reading in this game. When it is read to them, there is too much information for them to remember. The playing part of the game is good.

My great nephew really likes this game. Of course he likes sponge bob.

My son loves this game. He plays it all the time. He just got his first DS for christmas and didn't have any problem playing this
