A: Thanks for reaching out! Our subscription on our plugin tracker is shown in the product images, however as of the time that this is posted is: $14.95/month month to month, and $8.95/month if you prepay the annual plan up front. The device gets plugged into the OBD port on the vehicle, which is typically located under the dashboard - some vehicles have it more forward than others, in which case it would be more visible. If the visibility is a concern, we do have a hardwired tracker than installs under the vehicle's hood which would typically prevent detection, the installation is very simple and takes about 60 seconds for the average person. You can email us through Best Buy's system and we'd be happy to provide a link.
Q: Do I download an app to track the vehicle???
A: You do! The app is called "Hapn" and enables full access to manage your GPS tracker (however many you may have) on smartphones, tablets, or even desktop web browsers.
