This really helped my back. I had an area that just felt stuck in the middle of my back, not even the chiropractor could get it out. I ordered this in desperation. I had been looking at it, I kid you not, for years. Well, I finally ordered it when my back was so uncomfortable that I was desperate for anything that might make it feel better. This product is very well made. Easy to put together. It will last me forever I'm sure. Packaged very nicely. I love this product.
