Gen 3 vs Gen 2 vs Apex 7
I’ve been using Apex TKL 7 for 2 years. Loved the feel and quality except for failing 2 LEDs and being wired with a very thick wire that messes up my setup. Emded up buying Gen 2 from Steelseries website while on sale, the keys felt so clicky and cheaper than Apex 7. Ended up returning it and getting Gen 3, which is.. WOW, so high end typing experience (I type a lot and needed adjustable actuation). This is a true upgrade now. Got it on sale too which is not very common with Steelseries. Connection wise it’s perfect no complaints so far.

The BEST gaming keyboard.
Ive used this keyboard for about a week now, and i LOVE how responsive and quiet the switches are. I would definitely recommend this.
