Q: Can this be easily disassembled after it is put together? At least take off the pillars and top?

A: The roof yes, it's held in with large hand-twistable screw type retainers, but the pillars are held in with regular philips screws...which I wouldn't consider easy to disassemble. Also, the material it screws into is very thin, I wouldn't attempt screwing around with it, if you get what I mean...
