Did not work at all. When I turned it on the lights came on and the fan spinned but nothing happened on my monitor. The keyboard was not functional, either. The listing said it was supposed to come with a desk mat and didnt. RAM sticks had hot glue on them... never seen that before. I requested a replacement and they said the one I ordered was out of stock, so I had to choose an alternative from their listings on Amazon. After 2 alternatives that were also "out of stock", the 3rd one I chose was said to ship in 2 business days, and 2 weeks later I still never got anything. When I messaged them I just got the runaround.

I believe this product was a scam. When I plugged everything in, I got questions like what language I wanted to use, or my timezone, and when I thought I was about to finish the next step, the computer would say there was an issue and automatically restart. And it would do that every single time I tried. I realized I was missing the antenna and resolved that. It continued having issues, from repetitive automatic restarts to being stuck on a loading screen that said "just a moment" for way too many moments until I eventually tried to just turn it off. My brother has more tech experience than I do so he looked at it and he acted like it was the most atrocious thing he'd ever seen in the world of technology. The ram was hot-glued in and several parts were old. I don't consider this product trustworthy.
