I was very pleased with my product for 2 and a half months when all of a sudden it no longer worked. After I sent the company a video of my problem with the machine they told me I could either replace it or get a refund. When I took it back to Best Buy. They would not accept it and needless to say I went home with my broken machine. And sent another email to Sunny which I haven’t heard back yet.
