A: Wow, it's been 3 months since you asked this question and the manufacture couldn't even get back to you. This makes me think twice about buying their products. This uses non replaceable batteries in the cylinders and once the product gets filled (you'll see an indication on the top) you'll need to get a replacement filter. Best Buy sells them and you can find it by searching Sunpentown Renewable Cylinder 2-pack - White. Chances are you did what I did and went with a real dehumidifier. One with a bucket.
