Sealed box subwoofer with dual active 8" woofers; SVS Sledge Amplifier; Piano Gloss finish
A: If you leave at least 2" of clearance on the sides and top of the opening, this will allow the bass from the rear woofer to reach the room. Anything tighter will start to behave like a bandpass enclosure and modify the frequency response and degrade the performance. If you are referring to the Denon AVR-X3700H - yes, that AVR will work just fine with all SVS subwoofers. Ed M - SVS
Q: Can you use this with a sennheiser ambeo soundbar
A: undefined

Great subwoofer. App allowed me to fine tune sound to my small room. Compliments my Martin Logan Motion F10 speakers nicely. Small subwoofer size perfect for my small room and it still packs a nice tight punch.

I had been using my still excellent SVS SB-2000 in dual-duty for my TV and PC audio. However, when SVS launched their Pro versions, I had to upgrade. Reaching down/behind my 2000 to adjust setting ain't easy from my wheelchair. The SVS Bluetooth app is a godsend for someone like me. ;-) I considered getting the SB-2000 Pro, but the 3000 was just $200 more for a bigger, more powerful sub. Bought it, loved it, but it was too big under my desk. I kept bumping my chair into it, so it had to be returned. I then decided to try the 3000 Micro. It doesn't go as low as its big brother 3000, to be sure, but for nearfield/PC use the Micro is outstanding. I'm amazed at the punchy power of this little beast. It integrated easily with my Adam Audio A7V and Topping E70 Velvet. The iLoud Micros are for my MacBook Air. The Bluetooth app and tiny size gave me the freedom to place it in the back corner of my desk without any worry of slamming my chair into it (see pic). If you're looking for a small subwoofer, you gotta give the 3000 Micro a shot!

Bought dual SVS 3000 micros for my bedroom HT system to replace my existing DT subs. I frankly have never really been happy with the DT subs in their smaller systems. Mine always seemed somewhat muddy to my ears and often buzzed when reaching down deep. We had to devise a special set of feet to prevent them from skating across the floor. When the 3000 micros finally arrived and I opened the boxes, I was candidly a bit disappointed. I was expecting something that would dwarf the performance of the DT subs, and given the diminutive size of these subs I was not holding up much hope. Hooked them up without calibration because I wanted a look into what I could expect. Loaded up the movie Battleship in 4k with DTS:X and went to the last scene sequence with the Missouri. I was honestly stunned. The bass was tight, deep and accurate. Not only that: the rest of the system seemed to come alive, and I really can’t explain that. The main, surround and center DTs sounded perfect! Surround effects seemed much more localized and present. And the subs, despite their superb performance, did not skate across our floor one bit. The feet you designed functioned perfectly. While not a match for the much larger main HT system to be sure, a dramatic sizeable leap in bass performance. Hard to imagine it comes from these truly small boxes. In short, deep, punchy and clean bass. No dreaded buzzing. Small size belies its power and depth (and has a terrific WAF to boot!). We both could not be happier with this purchase.
