Good hoverboard for the price

My son got this for his 6th birthday and loves it! It is very easy for him to use and the battery life is pretty good for the amount of time he uses it.

Broken Hover board and I am not allowed to return

I bought this early for my grandson's birthday and one of the wheels will not turn and now I cannot return it because you are only given two weeks to return it? Doesnt make sense..you buy a gift in advance for Christmas or birthday to make sure my grandson's have their presents and I am not able to return it?

Battery doesn't last long. Other than that, this brand/model seems to be the best out of the three hover boards that we currently own. My 9 yr old operates it perfectly.
