What can I say, I photographed fast moving subjects and from a distance and this lens didn’t disappoint especially after the firmware update. I take photos of swimmers and the focus on this lens is in par with the best. I’ve also tried stills and taking photos of squirrels in the backyard and I’ll let you be the judge with the photos I’ve included. Overall this lens is a beast especially for it price getting you to 400mm with sharpness.

Excellent lens! I was surprised by the sharpness it produces in your photos, even at 400mm. Light weight, so you can hand-hold the lens for hours. It really is compact for this size of lens. This is an outdoor lens and it does gather plenty of light, even on those cloudy days.

Not overly heavy, easy to use, takes great pictures.
