The Mighty Burner, who passed away recently, rips it up on this album, which was his last recording with his InchregularInch band, feat. sax smoker Eric Alexander, Michael Karn & James Rotondi - together they create a real Inchlittle big bandInch sound on originals & standards
1988 session recorded in NY by the Metropolitan Bopera House, with Danny D'Imperio, John Marshall, Gary Pribek, Tardo Hammer and Dave Shapiro. Second LP by this seminal hard-bop revival group. Very highly rated session.
