Q: Will a Microsoft suffice book fit in this sleeve? Is there room for mouse & cable? Charger?
A: The case comes in different width sizes but is designed for a normal sized laptop. I fit my 13.5 laptop, cord, mouse, notepad and pens for work with room for more.

A: Additional from my last answer, The material feels like a neoprene outer and the inside feels like the material you'd find on a jacket for a sports event. It also has some sort of foam padding.

A: I don't know about the specific computer you mention, but my laptop is 13" x 9.5" x 1.25" and it fits PERFECTLY. Not too tight, but no room to spare. There is a front pocket for the charger and other items.

A: My Dell Inspiron 7506 fits-but it's snug-but I like it like that so it doesn't move around. Don't expect to put much else in the pockets. It works well for me
