Tchaikovsky / Burggraaf / Netherlands Youth String - Nostalgia & Humility - COMPACT DISCS [CD]

Jan Carlstedt - Metamorphoses [COMPACT DISCS] date 10/10/1997

We've teamed up with our good friends (and old office mates) Bridge Nine Records to this killer split. Caravels and Octaves first met years ago, heck a bunch of them even have matching tattoos and I bet that if they lived in the same area they'd all live in a house together. This split is an awesome blend of new material from both bands.

Fourth volume of the unanimously acclaimed series of Den Bosch Choirbook, performed by Cappella Pratensis. This disc reproduces the music plausibly sung and played by the members of the Confraternity of Our Illustrious Lady in 's-Hertogenbosch on the occasion of the Feast of the Swan, normally taking place around the new year. For the first time in this series Cappella Pratensis is accompanied by the instruments of the well-known Renaissance music specialists of the Sollazzo Ensemble. CC 72877 (vol. 1) Klassik. Com (DE) Inch... a Mass of disarmingly high quality. Inch. CC 72878 (vol. 2) Gramophone (UK) Inch... an ensemble of exquisite skills... music shaped and sung superbly. Inch  CC 72879 (vol. 3)  Ritmo (SP) Five Stars and Especialmente Recomendado.
