This TV is absolutely fantastic once you take the time to tweak the picture settings. The picture quality is out of this world—vivid, sharp, and immersive. Black levels are surprisingly deep and comparable to OLED, which is impressive for a display this size. I don’t use the built-in TCL Google TV interface, since I prefer running everything through my Apple TV, and it works flawlessly that way. That said, you really need 4K content at this size. Anything below 4K—especially 1080p or worse—doesn’t scale well and is very noticeable. Once you’re feeding it 4K, though, it’s breathtaking. The only real challenge I’ve run into is finding the right TV stand. This TV is massive and heavy, so it needs a very sturdy, wide stand. I eventually found one, but at 18” high it places the screen a bit too high for comfortable viewing—I end up straining my neck. Ideally, I’d love to find a stand closer to 12” high that can handle the weight, but options are extremely limited. Overall, if you can solve the stand/mounting situation and have plenty of 4K content, this TV is hands-down one of the best viewing experiences you can get today.

I splurged for black friday and got it for a good price. I watched some youtube reviews that I could find but there werent many. The picture is clear and crisp. It is biggest tv I have ever had and I love it. I obviously wont be replacing this in a long time so hopefully tcl quality is good. I have a soundbar package and a ps5 connected to it. I only have streaming services for it and have not had any issues. I used bb for free delivery and free mounting and it went great.

Had a few issues of getting one that didn't arrive with some kind of defect. The 3rd time was a charm. Once I got the settings dialed in, the picture is FANTASTIC, espically with good source content. The picture is extremly bright, colors are vivid, and the off angle view is pretty good as well. And FINALLY they have a remote that they should have been including on prevous models at this price point. We're very happy with this purchase.

I used to only purchased Sony, Samsung, LG. I stepped out of my comfort zone and purchased the 115 inch TCL. QM7K got it installed by Best Buy and all I have to say is the picture looks amazing and the sound is like a very high end sound bar. Good job TCL deep up the good work

I love the tv until 3 days after installation a local dimming strip started flashing on and off. Returned tv unable to get replacement because of no availability.

This is a fantastic large format TV. I replaced a 100" Sony Bravia and it just amazes me. Much better than I expected, and frankly better than the Sony on most levels. Incredible brightness and speed with excellent black levels. Everyone that sees it is amazed by the picture fidelity Also, it's built like a tank and beautifully detailed. It's no wonder Sony gave up the ghost and partnered with TCL. VERY IMPRESSED!

Awesome TV better than what we thought. Picture quality and brightness is superb. We had a large laser projector system and replaced it with this TV, the delivery and set up service was superb. They took care of everything and did a good professional job took away all the trash and boxes and made sure the TV was functioning properly before they left. I could recommend this TV to anybody that wanted a large screen system the 4K picture quality and features are packed into this TV. Google television and it works great. Very good TV for this class and size..

Easy to install, but really heavy. Great picture quality

The Best Buy install team is horrible. I don’t know how you guys are in the install business. 4 attempts to install this TV with no provail. Your third party company’s that Best Buy hires lies to their clients. I had to hire my own company to install my tv’s I bought 18 TV’s from you guys and I wish I didn’t. I set install for all of my TV’s Best Buy only installed 3 of them. I had to hire someone else for the rest. The constant lies from your company is mind boggling. I’m a total member and can’t believe the way I was treated
