Q: can this unit heat in temperatures below 30 degrees fahrenheit
A: No, below 30°F, the unit will not operate properly and should not be used. The minimum recommended outdoor temperature for Heat Mode is 46°F. Below that point, heating output decreases and efficiency drops. Hope this helps! Thank you, TCL Customer Support
