Love my 85" TCL Flush Mount so much that I bought a smaller one for my bedroom. The art feature is so interesting. I offer guests the remote to create their own AI generated image. Good TV all around. I like the matte screen instead of the glossy, highly reflective, standard screen. I did get a surround system that enhances the media experience. I LOVE how flat it is on the wall. Make sure you understand what type of wall power/cable access is needed behind the tv. I needed to add an 'in-wall extension device' because my wall opening wasn't adequate for the cords. LOVE IT!

I purchased this TV after a remodel and wanted something that looked elegant on the wall and provided a great picture. This TV fits the bill. The remote is easy to use for everyone and the menu is detailed for those that like to make adjustments to the picture and sound settings. The art looks incredible in Art mode.

listen it isn’t an OLED and it doesn’t have micro dimming but THATS OK because it makes up for it in value and PQ. I love that it includes the magnetic bezels and the fact that there is no external box or PSU. I like the Dolby vision it has and the sound quality is more than adequate

Its nice when viewed from the front and maybe to a 45 degree angle. Then it starts to have some wash out and glare. Also in a brite room it has some glare and wish it had a better matte finish. Lastly some of the motion art sort of has a odd glitch when it loops, there is a slight stutter. Other than that it is nice. Not perfect but good for the price.

I am highly impressed with this product. It is more affordable than Samsung offerings while still delivering exceptional quality, and its aesthetic appeal is remarkable. It is ideally suited for my room, and I intend to purchase an additional unit for my living room as well.

The tv 'art' is handled differently than Samsung does theirs but bot brands have beautiful artwork to display and the tvs do a great job of doing it. I like the AI experience on the TCL . You can play with it for hours on end and the art is magnificent. I would like to add the ability to handle 2 external bluetooth speakers though.

Love this tv. I love it better than my samsung frame. It is more user friendly. The picture is better to me. I am a samsung loyalist. I bought this tv because of my disappointment with the frame. I could have saved a lot of money and bought two of these for the price of one frame

Love this TV. We purchased multiple and had them mounted! They are beautiful and so much better than looking at a black box on the wall! I definitely recommend these for people and homes that are looking for an aesthetically pleasing TV !

I was really excited for this television but it didn’t even last two months when it stopped working. It doesn’t open apps, changes to the channels on its own, doesn’t respond to remote, wont turn off, and will interrupt your entertainment. Don’t buy!

I was so excited to receive my 85” tcl frame tv just to be let down not once but twice I received 2 broken units before receiving one that actually worked the first one that was delivered had cracks in the screen the 2nd one I’m pretty sure the motherboard was messed up tread very carefully if you decide to go with this tv

Horrible exp with both best buy and product. TV was defective. I paid for installation and Best Buy would not comp my loss even though the tv went bad within a couple days. Customer service was also horrible. In home delivery department is rude and unhelpful
