The product works wonderfully. It warms very well the flames re very soothing and they can be turned on alone. Without the heating component. To the ugly part .heat can’t be lower or raise . Cool medium or hot . No timer . Control can be confusing . And it has two buttons that are stress reliever because they don’t do nothing else .

Bought this for my daughters room and it’s awesome keeps the room at a comfortable warm temperature and the fire place is well lit but doesn’t keep you up at night.

Heater heats a small room good. The buttons are not easy to understand. It needs some kind of display to tell you if its on hi or low you just have to guess
