Customer Ratings & Reviews

So glad I was able to purchase the Tesla Wall Charger online and pick it up the same day. I wasn't sure how long delivery would take if I ordered it from the Tesla shop. I love the convenience of just going my local Best Buy store and picking it up. I was able to get the wall charger installed that same week. I love how I can schedule my Charging time via the Tesla app and it charges my EV quickly. I usually charge when my battery is at 20% and schedule to start charging after 10 pm and have it charge to 80%. It takes less than 5 hours to charge. I had it installed outside by my garage door and it's nice looking. Very happy with this charger

The Tesla Wall Charger is an exceptional addition for any EV owner, providing convenience, speed, and reliability. Its sleek design complements any garage or outdoor space, and installation is straightforward with the help of a certified electrician. The charger delivers rapid charging, adding up to 44 miles of range per hour for Model Y owners, making it perfect for overnight or top-up charging. The Wi-Fi connectivity adds a layer of functionality, enabling software updates and monitoring via the Tesla app. Overall, the Tesla Wall Charger is a well-designed, efficient, and user-friendly solution that enhances the EV ownership experience.

The Tesla Wall Connector is easily one of the best home charging solutions available for Tesla owners. Installation is straightforward for a qualified electrician, and once set up, it delivers fast, consistent charging every time. Charging speeds are excellent — up to 44 miles of range per hour (depending on your Tesla model and circuit setup) — which means you can fully recharge overnight with ease. The sleek, modern design fits perfectly in any garage or driveway, and the integrated cable management keeps everything neat and tidy. One of the standout features is the ability to connect multiple wall connectors to share power automatically between two or more Teslas. This makes it ideal for households with multiple EVs, optimizing charging without overloading your electrical system. The integration with the Tesla app is another strong point. You can monitor charging sessions, set schedules, and view real-time stats right from your phone — everything syncs seamlessly with your car and home Wi-Fi.

I recently purchased the Tesla Wall Connector from Best Buy, and I couldn't be happier with it! The entire process, from getting the charger to having it installed, was surprisingly smooth. Once I had an electrician come out, they were able to get it set up with ease. The charger itself is super easy to set up and works seamlessly with the Tesla app, which makes charging a breeze. I also love the modern, stylish look of the unit—it fits perfectly in my garage. It's a fantastic piece of equipment that I highly recommend to any Tesla owner.

I like Tesla chargers it’s fast , light and looks great Easy to use and to install

Installs super easy with basic hand tools and common electrical knowledge, setup was a breeze in the Tesla app you can even run this on 110v if you want but up to 48 amps on 240v 60amp breaker, I used the 30 amp setting this gets me 5.8 kWh per hour goes from 20 to 80 percent in 5.5 hr plenty of time if you charge overnight, if you are using your mobile connector as I was this adds so many helpful features and faster charging a must have if you get a Tesla.

A local electrician came out to my house to install the charger and the setup was super easy It only took me 5 minutes. It looks beautiful and works well I highly recommend it if you don't have this changer yet!

I recently installed the Tesla Wall Connector in my garage, and it’s been a total game-changer. Charging overnight at home is not only faster, but incredibly convenient — no more planning trips around Superchargers. I especially appreciate the clean look and integrated cable management; it blends seamlessly into my space and feels like it was always meant to be there. I’m on a time-of-use electricity plan, and being able to schedule off-peak charging has saved me money every month. The installation was straightforward (shout-out to my electrician cousin!), and setup via the Tesla app was quick and intuitive. If you’re on the fence, just do it — it transforms daily EV ownership. I only wish I’d done it sooner!

As someone always on the go—whether it’s showing homes, running errands, or heading to client meetings—having a reliable home charging setup for my Tesla was a no-brainer. The Wall Connector has made a noticeable difference in my day-to-day. What I Like: • Fast Charging: I plug in overnight and wake up to a full charge. No waiting, no worrying—it’s always ready to go when I am. • Clean Look: Sleek design that doesn’t mess with the vibe of my garage. Looks modern, which honestly matters to me as a real estate pro. • Wi-Fi Connected: Love being able to track charging stats and update the firmware from the app. • Flexible Setup: Works with multiple power setups (if I ever move or upgrade), and I was able to set it up myself with out an electrian.

Works very well once you set it up. Took a bit of patience to get into its private network. Scan the QR code on the left side of charger. Lowered my amps down to match circuit. Plays nice with my old 100 amp panel. FYI I’m running a 30amp circuit which delivers 24 amps. Charges car at about 20 miles an hour. It’s more than enough.

It’s great that Best Buy sells this so you can get it same day and use your reward zone discounts. Not much to say more than every other review. It does what it says it will, it was easy enough to install, and it makes it easy to schedule to charge my M3 at night when the power rates are cheaper. My advice for any future buyers is to look up the official documentation on the Tesla website that will tell you what you need and what you can expect with the power situation you have in your home. Most people will have to hire an electrician and spend money updating their power and/or adding an additional breaker box to their property. It takes more than retrofitting your existing dryer plug. Also as mentioned by others, navigating setting up the WiFi connection for it is tedious and takes repeat tries. But once it’s connected it’s fine, it’s just the initial setup that frustrating.

Bought this to charge our 24’ Honda Prolouge. Works great did have to use an adapter to from NACS to J1772. But I knew that going into the purchase. Install was easy so was the setup. Took maybe 45min-1hr start to finish, as I had the wire ran out to the garage already. App is very easy to use. I’ll buy another one when we get our next EV as well.

Note:- Make sure the Wi-Fi security is set to WPA2 else this won't connect to Wi-Fi.The Tesla Wall Connector is a game-changer for Tesla owners. It's sleek, easy to install, and incredibly fast. With its 48A output, it can fully charge my Model 3 overnight, ensuring I always wake up to a full battery. The best part? It's so intuitive to use. Just plug in and charge – no fuss, no muss. Plus, the ability to control charging schedules remotely adds an extra layer of convenience. If you're a Tesla owner, this is a must-have for your home.

I’ve been using the Tesla Wall Connector for about a month and I’m really happy with it. It charges way faster than the mobile connector I used before, and I like that it automatically connects to Wi-Fi so I can see updates in the Tesla app. Install wasn’t cheap, but once it’s set up, it just works. Makes owning a Tesla a lot easier.

So I’ve had this for a few months now. Considered other brands because it was cheaper. But Tesla is known for quality and ease for just using the App. Was thinking of another brand EV too and had to think about what I need to do. So I considered the cheaper mobile version but then wanted to just get a Neochqrge for later which allows you to use one 50amp outlet and switches charging. I’m he install wasn’t bad at all. Even installed a plug lug rather direct to box. So like I said when we get another EV I can have another charger and it will switch charging in the middle of the night so both cars can be ready.

It is so peace of mind to have this charger installed in your garage/ driveway. It is fast reliable and easy to operate. Shopping and pickup experience at Best Buy is also excellent.

Exactly what I expected to receive. I’m a little more of an “advanced” DIY’er, and it was as easy of an install as I’ve ever seen. Straightforward, clear instructions- so your local licensed electrician should have no issues installing it- don’t attempt if you aren’t certain of what you’re doing. multiple friends of mine were told they had to upgrade their service to handle the tesla charger- and that can be VERY costly if you have to pay someone. Educate yourself ahead of time AND find a licensed professional. Best Buy did great on their part. Box showed up in great shape, in a timely manner, and was actually hidden from street view. (Bonus points). Quality purchase through a quality business.

I couldn’t be happier with my Tesla Wall Charger! It’s been fantastic having the convenience of charging at home, and getting the maximum 48 amps has made a huge difference in speed & efficiency. The installation process was smooth, and the sleek design fits perfectly with any home. Knowing I can fully charge my car overnight gives me peace of mind, and the performance has been flawless. Highly recommend this charger to any Tesla owner looking to maximize their home charging experience!

This charger is amazing as a must have for all EV owners. The ease of installation is amazing but only does a charge faster than your traditional dryer plug. It has built-in safety measures that you don’t get with your traditional dryer plugs. This is a no-brainer if you own an EV.

This is a game changer if you live in a place where you can install it. It’s so convenient to come home from work everyday and just leave the car charging, and wake up to a full charge every morning. It’s a much cheaper alternative to supercharging as well. I had electricians pre-wire everything for me and when the charger came in I installed it myself following videos and instructions. I haven’t been to a supercharger since I got this 1 months ago. I really love this product.
