This calculator has proven to be a necessity in any math I take from now until I finish my Masters. I am extremely pleased with the battery life, the touch pad for scrolling is a preferable alternative to the arrow keys, and the overall functionality and physical feeling of the device is fantastic. The color display actually brings me joy, as opposed to other graphing calculators that are not as fun to use. I have never been interested in math and the functions on a.calculator, but this investment has me checking out all the bells and whistles...and the list is not short! Great job, TI!

Overall this is a great calculator as it's capable of many functions and more advanced caluclations than your standard TI-84. It does take a bit of time to get used to the menu, touchpad, and keyboard (as it's not in QWERTY layout), but after you fuss with it for a day or two, it's actually relatively easy to use.

Very advanced calculator. It's more like a small computer. I recommend reading the instructions to get a better idea. You can also hook it up to your PC. The screen is not your typical calculator screen either it's nice and bright and you can type on it like you can on your cell or PC. Has several functions and should meet and exceed your math needs.

Barely had 90 days and when we charged it after it died now it’s stuck in a reboot mode and doesn’t work

This calculator is fantastic! The screen is bright and clear, the interface is smooth, and it handles complex functions with ease. It’s perfect for advanced math and science courses, and the rechargeable battery lasts a long time. My son finds it very intuitive for graphing and loves the speed compared to older models. A little pricey, but absolutely worth it for the performance and reliability.

This calculator works very well and there are a lot of cool features that take a bit of exploring to figure out. One of my favorite things this calculator can do is run code that I've written in python! Battery life is great as well. So far this has not let me down.

Done are the days of doing thermodynamics in the dark while holding my calculator up to the computer screen so I don't wake my roommate! I wish I can swap the USB Mini out with type C or a more common cable. Also non rechargeable batteries hold so much more power. This thing needs to be charged 1ce a week for light use, and for college use 1nc every 2 days. multiple times for end of semester grind. Learning curve is definitely a jump from TI84 User interface.

Great calculator. Have used this model for more than 2 years and had to buy one for college so I stayed with the Nspire CX. Have used daily for almost a month now and works great and stays charged up.

I am so glad I purchased the TI-Nspire CX II instead of one of the other options. The full-color screen is outstanding! This thing is packed with all of the features you can get without making it "illegal" to use during testing. It also utilizes a built-in rechargeable battery, so no worries about having to keep a bunch of AAA batteries on hand. All in all, it seems pretty sturdy, so it should hold up as long as you aren't too rough with it. Also, if you want the best bang for your buck, make sure to purchase it from Best Buy! I couldn't find it cheaper anywhere else, including from the big online sellers.

Hands down the best calculator on the market ... I've been teaching math for 25 years and have been using the Nspire for the last 13. (This is the 4th iteration) The operating system is able to be updated so as new features come out, it's easy to add to this device. I use these daily in my classroom. No competition. For this price, I purchased some extras for my class.

Simple design, complex functions, color screen, lightweight, and easy to operate. Very happy with the price, lots of power and everything needed for higher education classes.

I am an engineering student and this calculator provides everything that I need in a calculator and more. From graphing, to solving equations, and it can even find eigenvalues and eigenvectors. Clears the HP Prime which is the calculator that I had prior. It is worth the price!

This calculator is a "computer" you can work on several math problems, it isnt hard to learn to handle it. Excellent

It is worth the price. My son uses this calculator for his Algebra 2 class and he says it is great. He uses it almost everyday for graphing, data analysis, and calculating. The user interface is easy to understand and the faster processor compared to the TI-84 he was using really makes a difference. However, if you need the CAS, this is not the calculator you should buy. This calculator is well worth buying, and it will last you for a while.

A calculator that accurately calculates. Its easy to operate once you figure it out and has a lot of advanced features that are great for college classes. It's pretty pricey in my opinion but I guess thats to be expected due to all that it can do

Best bang for your buck! Does everything you need it to do and more. Got it since I was starting college this fall. Haven’t gone a day without using it. Highly recommend.
