Wild Planet is the ultimate in new-wave party albums, starting with the opening InchParty Out of Bounds.Inch the song sums up everything that's great about The B-52s, the kitschy, minimalist dance band that somehow managed to overcome it's primitive musicianship and crank out a big pile of hit records. The B-52s keep the dance beats coming while amusing any party people who take care to pay attention to the group's witty, oddball lyrics. InchRunnin' Around,Inch InchPrivate Idaho,Inch and InchStrobe LightInch are the other standout tracks here.

European edition of the band's hits retrospective with a bonus track not on the U.S. , 'Meet the Flintstones 'from the soundtrack to the 1994 live action film based onthe hit '60s cartoon. 15 tracks total, also including 'Love Shack', 'Roam', 'Rock Lobster', 'Private Idaho','Planet Claire' and a live version of 'Quiche Lorraine'.
