I can't believe how awesome this transfer looks for an older film. Thanks so much!

This release of LADYSNOWBLOOD is the definitive one. First of all Criterion (the masters of film restoration) are distributing this film, so the picture quality and sound is superb. Also included on the disc is the sequel, which is inferior. Despite that, the purchase is worth it for any fan of classic samurai/martial arts films. Also this is one of the many films that had elements included in Tarantino's Kill Bill, which made that film as great as it was.

This is a great movie with good character development and superb story. Great collection.

The audio and video are the best this release has ever seen and beyond that this includes both lady snowblood movies.

Big fan of the films due to QT, and Criterion does an excellent IV restoring the films. A must buy.
