The Cure - Japanese Whispers: The Cure Singles Nov 82: Nov 83 - VINYL LP

When the reissue of The Cure's landmark album DISINTEGRATION arrived earlier this year, the vinyl edition featured none of the bonus material included on the 3 CD and digital editions - which is why it perhaps comes as no surprise that ENTREAT PLUS, the expanded edition of the band's 1990 live album, now will be released as a separate 2 LP set. Originally released as a promo disc in 1990, the eight-track ENTREAT recorded at London's Wembley Arena in July 1989 was later released commercially in Europe. The expanded edition included with this year's reissue fleshes out the album to replicate a full live performance of 1989's epic DISINTEGRATION, with tracks remixed by Robert Smith - a sonic makeover that some fans have complained dampens Boris Williams' drumming.

Led by concert thereminist Mano Divina Giannone, the Divine Hand Ensemble defies categorization. Mano Divina bends electricity with his hands to angelic voices from his fingertips while being backed by an exquisite string quartet, two harps, vibraphone, and accordion. The album, Aria 51, consists of covers of The Specials, Frank Zappa, Andrew Lloyd Weber, David Bowie and more. There aren't many bands that could go from playing a 16thcentury funerary concert in a cemetery to opening for Pope Francis' world address to backing the Lady in the Radiator from David Lynch's Eraser Head all within one week. The Divine Hand Ensemble is no ordinary band. Special celebrating the Theremin's 100 year anniversary! Mano Divina's control and poise over the instrument is dazzling - listen as he tames the wireless howl of the theremin into the art of Inchsinging electricity.Inch Special Limited Edition First Pressing on 5 color confetti vinyl.
