About this product
Machine Gun Etiquette was the album that brought The Damned into the charts and opened up their music to millions more than hard core punk fans. Ironically the massive hit from the album was Smash it Up as punk as you could possibly get! But the album was also home to another two hit singles Love Song & I Just Can't Be Happy Today. After 25 years The Damned (with it's new line up but including Songwriter Captain Sensible and Front man Dave Vanian) decided to do a one off tour to commemorate this seminal album. The Manchester show was captured on film with a five camera crew and a set that also drew in other Damned hit singles such as New Rose, Neat Neat Neat, Eloise, and the epic fan favourite Curtain Call not forgetting the Captains Anti Pope. This package is a bumper value box set with a fully remastered CD album, the full and complete 20 track Manchester show on DVD PLUS a bonus DVD all in 5.1 Surround sound! The Damned are the only man standing of the big 3 UK punk bands and they have developed a huge fan base globally. In the bonus DVD you can see footage from 1977, 1979 in the studio with Joe Strummer, live in Japan, live on the West Coast of America, naked bowling - in fact, there is a whopping 285 minutes of footage contained here. The box set contains unseen photos in the booklet plus liner notes by the good Captain himself. The Damned will be out on the road again this summer with a date at the goth fest in March already confirmed.

Vinyl LP pressing. 2026 . After a 12-year hiatus, The Fray returns with A Light That Waits- their first LP written entirely as a trio. Coming off a sold-out 20th-anniversary global tour and the RIAA Diamond certification of 'How to Save a Life,' the band is entering 2026 with more momentum than ever. When Joe King, Ben Wysocki, and Dave Welsh of The Fray take the wide view of the band's nearly 25-year career, they see a whole lot of stars in the sky - some representing songs that have arrived and made their mark, and others that have yet to come. The multiplatinum-selling group are ready to add a few more with their new album A Light That Waits, The Fray's first full-length in more than a decade and the first with the group's core three members co-writing every track.
