Dreams on Toast Color vinyl The Darkness The Darkness's 2025 album Dreams on Toast marks a bold new chapter for the band. With their signature blend of flamboyant rock anthems and tongue-in-cheek lyrics, this album cements their place at the pinnacle of British rock. Expect soaring guitar riffs, infectious hooks, and a nostalgic yet fresh take on the genre that will resonate with longtime fans and new listeners alike. Cooking Vinyl - InchYou know that thing when God's breath tickles your soul and tells you to create? Yeah, makes me giggle too. But you can't resist. God might not be the power she once was, but say what you like about her, she knows damn well that what the world needs now, is rock sweet rock. And who are we, mere mortals of extraordinary ability, to argue with the divine? So we knuckled down and thought really hard about the best of the best, the elite songs, the life-changing music of the ages. Then we popped out a dozen bangers before lunch. And these bangers we present to you here, wallowing in an aromatic aural ragu, served atop the charred remains of our envious contemporaries... ladies and gentlemen, I give you Dreams on Toast. Close your eyes, loosen your cummerbund, and enjoy...Inch - Justin Hawkins Album Tracks 1. Rock and Roll Party Cowboy 2. I Hate Myself 3. Hot on My Tail 4. Mortal Dread 5. Don't Need Sunshine 6. 2017 album from England's most distinctive, multiple award-winning, platinum-selling, hugely entertaining rock gods. Returning to save our airwaves from mediocre, auto-tuned tweens and that awful, throbby EDM shite, the album Pinewood Smile finds The Darkness on electrifying form, delivering some of the most sharp-witted, infectious, humorous and downright brilliant songs of their career. 2003 gave birth to one of the most extraordinary and best loved bands in the UK. The Darkness released their debut album Permission To Land to overnight success, topping the UK charts, going 5x Platinum and selling over 1.5 million copies in the UK alone. In 2006 Justin Hawkins left the band, checking into rehab and The Darkness fell apart. Following successful treatment, the band reformed in 2011 touring Europe and South America in 2012 with Lady Gaga. They released their comeback album Hot Cakes that year and Last Of Our Kind in 2015. The band have now returned in 2017 with Pinewood Smile, their first album to come through Cooking Vinyl. Album Tracks 1. All the Pretty Girls 2. Buccaneers of Hispaniola 3. Solid Gold 4.
