The Fratellis - In Your Own Sweet Time - COMPACT DISCS [CD]

The Cactus Blossoms - Minneapolis-based blood harmony brother duo Page Burkum and Jack Torrey - return with the new album Easy Way, a self-produced collection of ten new originals on their own Walkie Talkie Records. Featuring special contributions from Dan Auerbach (The Black Keys) and renowned saxophonist Michael Lewis (Bon Iver, Andrew Bird), Easy Way expands on the Inchcreative turns of phrase, gorgeous harmonies, and ageless soundInch (NPR) they're known and loved for to deliver something new and distinctly modern. Since the of their 2016 debut You're Dreaming, The Cactus Blossoms experienced a number of breakout moments, including tours with Kacey Musgraves and Lucius, appearances on prestigious stages from Newport Folk to Lincoln Center, and a perfectly cast appearance on the third season of David Lynch's Twin Peaks.

The Fratellis are back, toting a vibrant, typically tune-rich new album, Eyes Wide, Tongue Tied. They're also back from a year-long tour. Another one. Eyes Wide, Tongue Tied, Fratellis' fourth album, is a eleven song tour de force, recorded in Los Angeles with Tony Hoffer (Beck, Air), producer-architect of both their debut album and of Jon's solo album Psycho Jukebox. It is a muscularly tuneful, sonically vibrant album - one that should make another planned year's worth of touring a whole new adventure. With The Fratellis' rocking, rolling, rollicking, energetic and energizing Eyes Wide, Tongue Tied there's no question - it's job brilliantly done, again.

The Fratellis return with the news of a brand new album 'Half Drunk Under The Full Moon' out on 8th May, and the launch of their first track 'Six Days In June', an upbeat and foot-stomping anthem that sure to put a big smile on the face of any Fratellis' fan!'Some days you sit on the couch watching daytime TV and along comes a song like Six Days In June to remind you that you're still alive!Inch - Jon Fratelli'Half Drunk Under The Full Moon' follows their critically acclaimed album 'In Your Own Sweet Time', their first top 5 UK album in 10 years, and this new album very much continues on this upward trajectory and is likely to become a signature moment in the band's career.
