(tl;dr) In summary, Legends of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom is as certain for game of the year as Elden Ring was in 2022 and this is a fine collection for interested fans. The important thing to note, however is outstanding service BestBuy provides, giving collectors of new limited editions a fighting chance at securing their order during a time when scalping has gotten notoriously bad. Firstly, Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom itself is a fantastic game. With so much to explore and do in the game, it will provide entertainment for years to come. I only recently played Breath of the Wild, yet I was almost more excited than the die-hard fan who got me into it. A little over 2 hours in and I’m already blown away by what the game achieves. Secondly, the Collector’s Edition; for any die-hard Zelda, its a great set. If special steel-book game cases, design art books, exclusive (high-quality) pins, or nice metal prints to display are your thing, you’ll have zero complaints to write about. The items contained within this edition got my excited to get my hands into the game and keeps me thinking about it while I’m not playing. However, what I’d most like to comment on is the service from BestBuy itself. Over the years, I’ve collected many limited editions for my favorite series and, as anyone who can relate within the past few years will know, “scalpers” have become a problem in fans acquiring products like this. I’ve experienced it plenty in the past. This time around, though, I put my trust in our friends at BestBuy. And that trust paid off: as the release date approached, a “launch countdown” was added to the game’s page. Within 5 minutes of this countdown reaching 0, I was able to “snipe” a copy of this edition. From my understanding, such as most vendors that allow pre-orders as soon as a listing is posted are prone to, the listing was sold out within a matter of hours. The point is this: for avid collectors of limited editions for new entires in their favorite franchises, BestBuy wins. Granted, fans will need some patience and still compete with scalpers, but BestBuy gives you a fighting chance. Once my order arrived (with a speedy delivery), the product itself was in perfect condition. See for yourself in the pictures.

Product was larger than expected. The art book was made very well and larger than I was expecting. It came with both the steel and original case which is nice if you don't care too much for the steel case. Was shocked at beautiful and sturdy the poster was. The pins are really nice as well. As for the game, I've been enjoying it quite a lot. Definitely a big improvement over Breath of The Wild while still keeping alot from it. Even with the same map, the landscape has been changed up a bit to make it fresh to explore while also making you feel nostalgic while visiting old sites. The new underground area is huge and treat to explore even if it can be a challenge at times when you first start the game. The new crafting feature seems to have endless possibilities and is only limited to what your mind can come up with. I do wish they would've not had the breakable weapons come back but the fusion feature sorta helps with that. All in all the game is amazing and the high quality goodies in this collectors edition is worth getting

This is definitely worth the money, the pins are high quality, the art book clearly had a lot of work out into it, and it includes not only the game and steelbook, but also the original game case. The tin poster is nice, but I won't be able to display it. High quality purchase

Nintendo collectors editions are getting better and better. The steelbook, the steel plate picture, and art book are fantastic in this collection. Any Zelda fan would love this box.

I love this collectors edition, my favorite part was the art book, the little detail are amazing. Game of The Year for me.

A follow-up that's fun and better in many ways to breath of the wild the gameplay and experience has been breathtaking to me playing in handheld mode. You will get the best out of the game the colors the background the horse Epona looks very beautiful in the OLED screen of the Nintendo switch. I've clocked in many hours to this game and still haven't beat Ganondorf, but I want to get as many hearts as I can before I take on him. Do I recommend this game? Of course, I do and those who got a hold of this bundle will enjoy it as much as I do. It's worth every penny you paid for it. If you love The Legend of Zelda and our collector like me, you got to hold of this bundle the Nintendo switch and the controller keep gaming if you're a gamer and I do recommend this bundle if you didn't get it, that's fine. Pick up the game itself and play Tears of the kingdom. It won't disappoint you it's a great game that brings out the true potential of the OLED screen if you got the OLED model switch. Once again, it's an amazing game and I recommended 100%

Ahhh the sweet victory of beating the scalpers out to get a copy of this before release. The joys of the Best Buy dude handing it over on release day. The sweet feeling of the perfectly removed pick up sticker to leave a perfect box. All this before even opening and playing the mind blowingly amazing game? The steel poster is beautiful, the steel book is beautiful, and the pins are.. pins. 10/10

I bought this edition for my kids and they love it, however many pieces are still kept in the box to keep the items protected. The unboxing is well presented and we like the fact that this has a physical version of the game unlike the more expensive Playstation special editions (what'sup with that Sony?). I would have put 5 stars if this edition was a little cheaper. Aside from the game, the art book is what made it worth buying this special edition. The pins are ok, but we don't see ourselves using them other than on display. This editon includes both the steelbook and standard plastic game case which is a plus. You can keep the steel book protected with it's beautiful art while using the regular case.

So this is my first big collectors’ edition i’ve yet to purchase and oh me, this one is quite the show off! I actually went and did some research ahead of time, and have learned long-time collectors vouched positively for this steelbooks’ qualities and design! In hand it feels like it is a genuine treasure!! I highly recommend this to both casual gamers and collectors! Enjoy!!!

First, you start refreshing the page every few seconds, just in case the pre-order magically appears early. Then, you start to get paranoid that you'll miss it if you look away for even a second. The pre-order button appears, and you frantically click on it only to find out your in line again praying to the gaming gods that your internet connection doesn't fail . The euphoric rush of adrenaline is pulsating when you finally reach the payment button and enter your information with shaking hands, and wait to see it in all it’s glory. First of all, let's talk about the packaging. It's like opening a treasure chest from the game itself - except instead of rupees, you get a bunch of cool stuff. The art book is perfect for pretending you're sophisticated and cultured and there are some conversation starters that may have someone thinking your secretly part of some kind of cult. The game is addictive and reels you in so make sure you break away to share your joystick with your significant other if you don’t want to be single. (pun intended)

I surprisingly like this one better than the B.O.T.W collectors edition. The only thing better about the B.O.T.W's C.E is the box, But in the long run This one will probably hold up better to dust from storage and color fading etc. I bought this primarily for the artbook, I was not expecting too much from the other items but they are great too! First off the box is understated but pretty solid. It has great little touches like the metallic finish on the logo and the font is raised on the front. The back isn't littered with game descriptions screenshots and quote's from entertainment outlets which is plus! Just a great picture of a tablet of the "Demon King" The box could be considered plain but the little details make it great. The box was also heavier than expected, atleast 2 to 3 pounds. Onto the thing I liked the least, and that is the pins. The pins are actually pretty good quality my only gripe is the backings are plastic, which is fine, but The symbols they chose are just very unrecognizable. If you wore these out nobody would have any clue what they were. The symbols are in the game and have meaning but they look odd outside of the game. I think people would have been happier with a soundtrack making of, or a live orchestral performance etc. Next is the Iconart metal poster. It is not something you see often in a C.E but It is welcome in my opinion. It is a decent size (About the size of a med to large shoebox lid) The print used a high resolution image and it is crisp and legible, the colors are vibrant and it has a very nice gloss coat over the front. It also comes with a pretty heavy duty magnet so that you can mount it pretty much anywhere. It does come with a sealed psychical copy of the game but there is nothing different from the regular version. That's where the steel book comes in. I collect steel books so I have seen my fair share, and this is one of the better steel books I have seen. It looks decently scratch resistant it has a smooth feel and a glossy finish. The image is a great image to use from the game and the gold really pops in contrast to the brown line work. Also the inside artwork has a somewhat holographic/Rainbow sheen in the line work. I would considerate it pretty high quality as far as steelbooks go. The final item is why I got this edition and for the most part it does not disappoint. Just like all of the other items in this C.E, it is the little details that make it great. The art book is full size and the cover is smooth to the touch and they use a few mixed mediums on the images and font. They have raised images in the front along with the normal font and they have glossy image's on the back. You can tell they spent alot of time getting the composition looking balanced without making it too busy. There are I believe 204 pages in the art book which is not bad for a C.E. I only looked at a few page's because I wanted to beat the game first but my only problem was that there were some low resolution images in the artbook. It was mainly any character or Item model from the game. If it was drawn digitally it would be a nice clean visual, but if it is a model pulled from the game on the page, it would be abit blurry. Other than the blurry character models the artbook looks pretty cohesive color wise and I really liked how they made the pages look weathered and dulled like they were from an ancient book unearthed in the game. As for the game itself, it is absolutely incredible! It is hard to turn off because your sense of adventure is always pushing you to see what's behind the next Corner, ridge, cave or Ohhhh I found a korok. Overall Great game and a not perfect Collectors edition but it is pretty great!

By far this is one of the most beautiful Collector edition, contains an art book, a Steelcase, the pings, the metal art print, the game and a beautiful box. It was very difficult to get it, but it was worth driving 3 hours of travel to get it, the details of the print in the art book are beautiful. The material and print feel high quality.

Everything included in here is perfect and came in excellent condition. The art book by far is the best part about the collectors edition. It features many different items shown in game and also shows characters and official art. The game itself is phenomenal. The 1st 10 minutes had my mind blown. Would recommend to any Zelda fan!

Super fun game and lots a cool stuff in the Collector's Edition! Love the art book and am happy to add it to my other Legend of Zelda books! Wish I was more into pins! They look lovely and seem durable, but I just don't really put pins on things! Looking forward to putting the metal poster up when I move!

Absolutely amazing inside and out from the embossing on the outside box to the crisp pages of the beautiful artbook. It’s a great edition to add to any collection and I hope others get the opportunity to own one. Basically a mix between the original special edition and master edition.

This collector's edition is amazing. With the extras of the art book, pin set, steel book, and poster this was a lucky purchase and great find for me.

While a bit pricey, it is still worth getting for any Zelda fan. I don't normally buy deluxe or collector's editions, however, being a long time Zelda fan, it was hard to pass up. It was difficult to get just because of all the scalpers out there trying to buy all the stock up and selling it for a markup on ebay and bestbuy doesn't really help with that but I was able to get a copy a couple days after release. The art book is neat but it is not in english but then again it is mostly visual. The pins are pretty cool and I like any merchandise that isn't visually too loud. There is also a small metal poster and a metal case for the game. Everything is packaged really well too. I recommend to any hardcore fans but it is a bit pricey and hard to get for those that just want to play the game. Also, the game itself lives up to expectations and some!
