The Lord of the Rings Trilogy (Remastered Box Set) [Blu-ray] [Standard]

I owned these movies on DVD when they were released. I have recently started watching the LOTR series on Amazon and wanted to show my 13yo son the movies. I decided to buy this trilogy on Blu-ray because the sound is typically leaps and bounds better than regular DVD. I couldn’t be any happier with my purchase. The price was really great and free shipping made this a no brainer. I was able to watch all 3 films with my son who really enjoyed them. The sound and picture were amazing.

Quality as expected. Its a great movie. But you dont need me to tell you that.

Love these movies borrowed them from a friend and had to get them myself

I previously purchased the extended editions, but while they're nice, nothing quite compares to the theatrical versions, and the high quality of this set at such an affordable price point makes it a no-brainer.

Great remastering at a super price. Not for you if you want the additional seconds for $60.
