The Magicians: The Complete Series (Box Set) [Blu-ray] [Standard]

I love this product more than streaming version, because streaming the show is not always as beautiful due to pixelation/buffering issues. With these Blu-ray DVDs, I can see all of the episodes in their absolute best versions and, make no mistake, this is a beautifully shot series. Other than some 4K nature documentaries, I cannot recall anything that can rival this series on its sheer beauty. Of course, the aforementioned documentaries do not have the plot twists and references to mythologies from all over the world, not to mention, the sex, drugs and magic. Worth the purchase and I only wish that I would have purchased it before the online version, because there were many days that I viewed pixelated episodes online, which distracted me from enjoying the experience as much as I could have. This series is worth watching over and over again, which I do and this is the best way to watch it.

Great fantasy series. You want drama? You got it. You want comedy? You got it. You want whimsy? Its there in spades. The book series is good too

Great show! SyFy has quite a few hidden gems that are great to watch, including this one. Only complaint (unrelated to the shows quality): The case for the disk could've been better. They just kind of hang in the case unattached to anything, and I had a few loose disk when opening the set. Definitely room for improvement there! Overall I still recommend as this is a highly entertaining show!

this is definitely not for children. Loaded with sex drugs and violence. If you don't mind viewing these things it is a wonderful series full of magic. It jumps right in and character builds throughout each season. I have watched the series twice so far.

Syfy really dropped the ball when they canceled this show!!! This show not only takes you through an amazing story line, but it brings up issues other shows are too afraid to discuss. Definitely a must watch for years to come!!
