Facial deformity left Edward (Sebastian Stan) with unrealized stage ambitions and an unrequited crush on playwright neighbor Ingrid (Renate Reinsve). When radical surgery gave him a new appearance, he opted for a new identity... and a chance to woo Ingrid, who's mounting a play about Edward's life. He didn't count on rivalry-for the lead role, as well as her-from the easygoing Oswald (Adam Pearson), a far better actor living with Edward's onetime affliction, in Aaron Schimberg's dark dramedy. 112 min. Widescreen; Soundtrack English. Region Free
