Set against the carefree backdrop of 1960s Myrtle Beach, Shag is a spirited coming-of-age comedy that celebrates friendship, freedom, and the thrill of growing up. Phoebe Cates (Fast Times at Ridgemont High, Gremlins, Drop Dead Fred), Bridget Fonda (Singles, Jackie Brown, Point of No Return), Annabeth Gish (Mystic Pizza, The Haunting of Hill House, Beautiful Girls), and Page Hannah (Gremlins 2 The New Batch, Creepshow 2) star as four small-town South Carolina friends seeking one last summer adventure before adulthood calls. Between beach parties, wild dances, and romantic missteps, they discover who they are and what they want from life.
