The Test Dream - Skin Graft Poetry - COMPACT DISCS [CD]

Recorded at Salem, Massachusetts' GodCity studio with producer Kurt Ballou, and mastered by Nick Townsend (Dr. Dre, Betty Davis) the record is the highly anticipated follow-up to Escuela Grind's celebrated 2022 full-length debut, 'Memory Theater', a recording hailed as Inchan opus of extremityInch by The New York Times. Escuela Grind's journey through the punishing sonic landscape of Grindcore has been anything but status quo. Their mantra of promoting inclusivity and acceptance within extreme music communities stands as a pillar of progression in an often gate-kept and closed-minded subculture. Vocalist Katerina Economou spreads the band's spirit and core beliefs on every stage they touch - amplifying the voices of the underrepresented and connecting people on a level deeper than the music. Dreams on Algorithms is a sonic testament to the band's ideologies - a bludgeoning display of progressive extreme metal that steps outside of genre boundaries.

Vinyl LP pressing. 2022 studio album from Mykki Blanco. Stay Close to Music is unlike anything they have released before. Adventurous and expansive, it shatters any previously held assumptions about Mykki's artistry, leaving them free to define their sound for themselves. Throughout their evolution, poet, artist, musician Mykki Blanco has continuously blurred genres - pulling rave, trap, grunge and punk influences into a swirling pool of experimental hip hop that celebrated queer and trans experiences. Stay Close To Music features contributions from Saul Williams, ANOHNI, Dianna Gordon, Devendra Banhart, Jónsi, Michael Stipe and more.

Dream Theater has maintained a rare combination of stellar musicianship and unwavering passion for over a decade. They once again prove their status as progressive hard rock's standard-bearers on their latest album OCTAVARIUM.
