The Void - BLU-RAY

Controversial and brilliant director Gasper Noe follows his worldwide sensation Irreversible with another triumph. Enter the Void is Noe's most assured and haunting film yet, a Inchhead tripInch a la Stanley Kubrick's 2001 A Space Odyssey and at the same time a piercing modern drama. Newcomer Nathaniel Brown and Paz de la Huerta (HBO's Boardwalk Empire) star as a brother and sister trapped in the hellish nighttime world of Tokyo where he deals drugs and she works as a stripper. A crime gone bad leads to shocking violence and then moments of transcendence in which the movie plunges viewers into death and rebirth like no film has ever done before via Inchmesmerizing cameraworkInch (The New York Times) that make it Incha dazzling and brutal exercise in cinematic envelope-pushingInch (New York Post). Stunning audiences around the world, Enter the Void is a cinematic experience like no other.

Legendary filmmaker Ovidio G. Assonitis, whose Tentacles and Piranha II sought to cash in on the killer fish craze spawned by Jaws, first hit pay dirt in 1974 with Beyond the Door - a gloriously bonkers riff on The Exorcist featuring Emmy Award-winning actress Juliet Mills and distinguished British actor Richard Johnson. Set against the backdrop of San Francisco, Beyond the Door stars Mills as Jessica Barrett, a young mother who starts to develop strange behaviors whilst pregnant with her third child. Before you can say Inchsplit pea soup,Inch Jessica is displaying signs of full-blown demonic possession - complete with projectile vomiting and fully-rotating head! Could it be that she's carrying the child of the Antichrist himself? Described as Inchdisgusting,Inch Inchscary trashInch and Inchmaddeningly inappropriateInch by film critic Roger Ebert and subject to a lawsuit by Warner Bros. (who claimed copyright infringement against a certain William Friedkin film), the devilish denizens at Arrow Video have summoned up this wickedly entertaining popcorn spiller in an extras-packed edition fit for Satan himself!

Their classmates and family become inhabited by demonic forces, tearing out their own eyes and turning into psychotic murderers... and this is only the beginning!  It's up to Brodie, Zakk and their group of friends to stop a force of pure evil from devouring all of mankind. Produced in association with the New Zealand Film Commission and MPI Media Group, the hilarious and outrageous  DEATHGASM features an amazing original soundtrack of fist-banging metal and practical effects by Main Reactor (Evil Dead remake) to satisfy metalheads and splatter fans alike.  DEATHGASM will gush bodily fluids, rain limbs and tickle your funny bone, before tearing it out and giving you a stiff beating with it.
