About this product
How would you define The Wild Feathers? Some may immediately check a box for Americana - and they wouldn't be wrong. Others may lean on a version of rock Country-rock, folk-rock, heartland rock. They'd all be right, too. Blues? A Southern flare? Occasional punk attitude? It's all in there. Now, it's time to hop on the bus and sing along. The longtime Nashville band returns this year with Sirens, a new LP of road-worn, sharply-woven tales chronicling a life worth living, love worth holding and the hard-earned lessons found along the ride. To cut the follow-up to 2021 album Alvarado - the band's debut on independent tag New West Records - The Wild Feathers decamped from Music City, U.S.A., to Los Angeles for sessions with producer Shooter Jennings (known for his work with Brandi Carlile, Turnpike Troubadours and Tanya Tucker, among others) at Dave's Room in North Hollywood. Listen intently and without genre in mind. Because when the so-called Sirens make their sound on this new album, don't worry about how to define it. Just enjoy the ride. Album Tracks 1. Stereo 2. Pretending 3. Sanctuary 4. L.A. Makes Me Sad 5. Slowdown 6. Comedown 7. Don't Know 8. Rendezvous 9. Sleep for Days 10. Giving Up

2021 . In December of 2020, The Wild Feathers hauled off to a pre-civil war built cabin in VanLeer, TN where the ideas and songs from Alvarado met for the very first time. In the past, the band typically liked to collect all the tunes they've written over the past year, brainstorm, conceptualize, and rehearse isolated in a cabin before heading into the studio. This time for their 4th studio album, they decided to bring the studio to the cabin. The guys spent a week jamming and creating while having the ability to capture the performances while they were fresh. Produced by the band, Alvarado is the truest representation of The Wild Feathers to date. No outside musicians, no outside opinions, just us playing our new songs in a room with the best mics they could find. Album Tracks 1. Alvarado 2. Ain't Lookin' 3. Over The Edge 4. Side Street Shakedown 5. Out On The Road 6. Get Out Of My Own Way 7. Off Your Shoulders 8. Long Shot 9. Top Of The World 10. Flashback 11. Midway Motel 12. Another Sunny Day
