nice but poor installation (2 ice cubes/hour)

PROS: professional look and easy access to the food CONS: Door is hard to open and close (normal for this size of a fridge) Poor install so they squeezed the water line and since installation we have ~2 ice cubes per hour being produced :(

No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Great Product but Installation Scheduling an Issue

Really happy with the Thermador Freedom Fridge. Feels like it's really built to last. Best Buy Installation scheduling let us down though. The installers had an issue and couldn't complete the install. They took away the old fridge and left us without one. We assumed they would put us at the top of the list for the next appointment but they didn't come back for a week and a half. And there were two failed appointments because they needed to send a 4 person crew and only sent 2. In the end though the installers were successful and the fridge looks great!

We’ve had it for a couple of months now and I like it just as much as the Sub-Zero that it replaced. It runs very quietly and it stores fruits and vegetables well.
